Nuestra visión
Número 1: GANAR
“Vayan por todos los países del mundo y anuncien las buenas noticias a todas las personas. Los que crean en Jesús… Serán salvos. Pero los que no crean en Jesús… Serán condenados” (Mc. 16:15-16)
“Más todos los que recibieron a los que creen en su nombre, les dió potestad de ser hechos hijos de Dios.” (Jn. 1:12)
“Para que se conviertan de las tinieblas a la luz, y dela potestad de satanás a Dios, para que reciban, por la fe que es en Jesús, perdón de pecados y herencia entre los santificados.” (Hch 26:18)
Número 2: CONSOLIDAR
Cada nuevo Hijo de Dios, necesita ser un miembro activo de la familia del señor o Iglesia local. Bíblicamente se cumple en el templo y en las casas constantemente. “Todos los que habían CREÍDO estaban juntos… Y perseverando unánimes cada día en el templo y en las casas.” (Hch2:44-47)
El proceso de consolidación incluye:
- LLegar a ser un miembro de la célula donde estudias la biblia, conoces nuevos amigos creyentes de intereses comunes, recibes oración por tus necesidades, e invitas a la célula a los demás incrédulos y así ganarlos para Cristo.
- Empezar a asistir a reuniones semanales en el templo. Son celebraciones de todo lo que Jesús está haciendo en las vidas de otros miembros. También recibes instrucción y visión para conocer a Cristo y su llamamiento para su tu vida.
- Asistir a un preencuentro, encuentro y posencuentro con Jesús donde serás librado del mal para andar íntima y poderosamente con Cristo.
Número 3: Discipular
“Vayan y hagan discípulos a todas las naciones bautizándolos en el nombre del Padre del Hijo y del Espíritu Santoenseñandoles qeu garden todas las cosas que les he mandado”. (Mt29:19-20)
Para poder hacer discípulos eficazmente, debemos ser enseñados y entrenados primero. “pero es necesario que el obíspo (líder dsicipulador) sea… apto para enseñar.” (1 Ti 3:2)
“Toda la escritura es inpirada por Dios y útil para enseñar… Instruir… A fin de que el hombre (Líder discipulador) de Dios sea… enteramente preparado para toda buena obra.” (2Ti 3:16-17)
El discipulado incluye:
- Un reencuentro donde recibirás más libertad para andar con Jesús, cumpliemnto su llamamiento en tu vida.
- La escuela de líderes que consta de 5 Trimestres en cada uno de ellos la palabra de Dios y su Espírito Santo transofrmarán la vida de cada discípulo en su formación.
- Paticipación activa en la célula, consiste en invitar exitosamente a 2 o más nuevas personas en la célula en que asistes.
Número 4: Enviar
“Id y Haced discípulos.” (Mt. 18:29) “Cristo… Llamo así a los que Él quiso y vinieron a Él. Y estableció a doce, para que estuviesen con Él, y para enviarlos a predicar y que tuviesen autoridad para sanar enfermedades y para echar fuera demonios.” (Mc 3:13-15)
Ser enviado incluye:
- Que el nuevo líder lleve a 2 o más personas que estableció exitosamente en su célula original, a su nueva célula.
- Seguir siendo discipulado semanalmente por el líder de su célula original.
- GANAR, CONSOLIDAR, DISCIPULAR y ENVIAR en su propia célula con la meta de establecer sus propios 12 discípulos, que harán lo mismo en sus propias células como Jésus.
- Asistir a encuentros de líderes, para ser aun más libres y fortalecerse en su caminar y ministerio con Cristo.
Our Vision
Number 1: WIN
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. (Mark 16:15-16)
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. (John 1:12)
To open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me. (Acts 26:18)
Number 2: CARE FOR
Each new child of God needs to be an active member of the Lord`s family or local church. Biblically, this is accomplished by meeting continually in the temple and in houses.
“All the BELIEVERS were together…Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts…and in their homes.” (Acts 2:44-47)
The process of caring for new believers includes:
· Become members of a cell group where they study the Bible, make new Christian friends with similar interests, receive prayer for their needs, and where they invite other non-believers so that they too may be won for Christ.
- Start to attend the weekly church meetings. They are celebrations of all that Jesus is doing in the lives of the members. They also receive instruction and vision to know Christ more and discover the calling that He has on their lives.
- Attend a Pre-encounter class, and Encounter Retreat, and Post-Encounter classes where they will be set free from evil in order to walk in an intimate and powerful relationship with Christ.
Number 3: Disciple
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28: 19-20)
To be able to effectively make disciples, we must be taught and trained first. “Now the overseer (leader, discipler) must be…able to teach.” (1Timotht 3:2)
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God (leader, discipler) may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Discipleship includes:
· A re-encounter retreat where you receive more freedom to walk with Jesus, fulfilling His calling in your life.
· Chiristian Development classes consist of the Word of God through the Holy Spirit transforming the life of each disciple.
· Active participation in the cell group consisting of successfully helping 2 or more new people get involved with the cell group.
Number 4: Send
“Go and make disciples.” (Mt. 18:29) “Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. He appointed twelve—designating them apostles]—that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons.” (Mark 3:13-15)
Being sent includes:
· The new leader takes with him or her 2 or more people that he or she successfully helped to establish in the original cell group to his or her new cell group.
· Continue being discipled weekly by the leader of the original cell group.
· WIN, CARE FOR, DISCIPLE, and SEND in his or her new cell group with the purpose of establishing his or her own 12 disciples, who will do the same in their own cell groups as Jesus did.
· Assist the encounter retreat for leader to be even more free and strengthened in their walk and ministry with Christ.
